Only one Double-Box is necessary for most orders.

Double-Box Shipping Option Includes:

• OUTER BOX: 14″ x 14″ High Quality 200 LB. Crush-tested Cardboard Box.

• INNER BOX: 12″ x 12″ LP Mailer Box made from 200 LB. Corrugated Cardboard.

• FILLER PAD: 12″ x 12″ Filler Pad(s) made from 200 LB. Corrugated Cardboard.

• BUFFER / EDGE PROTECTION: Inner corners reinforced with cardboard. Approximately .75″ space between inner mailer box and outer box filled with either packaging popcorn, butcher paper or bubble wrap.

PLEASE NOTE:

• USPS PRIORITY MAIL INCLUDES UP TO $50 INSURANCE COVERAGE IN THE PRICE. IN OUR OPINION, IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE HANDLING OF YOUR RECORD DURING TRANSIT, PRIORITY MAIL IS WORTH THE EXTRA EXPENSE.

• WE ARE HAPPY TO OPEN THE SHRINKWRAP ON YOUR VINYL AND SHIP THE VINYL REMOVED FROM THE JACKET AND INNER BAG(S) IN ORDER TO PREVENT SEAM SPLITS DURING TRANSIT. IF YOU WOULD PREFER THE VINYL SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF JACKET, PLEASE INDICATE SO IN THE “COMMENTS” SECTION DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.
