Refund policy

🤖 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. SPACELAB9 does not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items.

Exchanges may be considered for defective merchandise only, at the sole discretion of SPACELAB9. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us at store@spacelab9.com within 30 calendar days of delivery

  • You must receive written approval before returning any item

  • Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging and condition

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. SPACELAB9 reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchange. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion to your original payment method.

We do not guarantee availability of replacement inventory for limited edition or collector releases.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact store@spacelab9.com as soon as possible.

SPACELAB9 reserves the right to charge a restocking or processing fee of up to 15% of the item price on cancelled orders. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • SPACELAB9 is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping

  • Refunds, if approved, may take up to 10 business days to process

  • This policy applies to purchases made directly through SPACELAB9.com. . For items purchased via third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop), please refer to the respective platform’s return policy
